My name is Fernando Bernall - I am the founder of PhiCreations. I have been involved in web design and development since creating my first site back in 1996.

I graduated from Control Data Institute as a Computer Microproscessor Technology specialist in 1984. I have a strong background as a photographer and have run my own photography studio and worked as a freelancer for many years.

I do all of the work you see on my portfolio including logo design, flash animations, images, forms, and every thing else that makes my sites fully interactive, user friendly and web compliant.
