For the next few weeks I will be documenting the process I’ll take to create a personal project. The project is a CMS (Content Management System) with a Magento shopping cart for an herbal products site called HitMedicine.com.
For the next few weeks I will be documenting the process I’ll take to create a personal project. The project is a CMS (Content Management System) with a Magento shopping cart for an herbal products site called HitMedicine.com.
Since this is my own projects I have no time constrains and will be working on it when time is available. The project will be placed on the back burner when a new paying project comes along.
The site will be designed and developed in my own computer and the process will be screen captured using Camtasia Studio. When Finished it will be uploaded to our live servers on the web. The site will be developed using programing language PHP, MySql database, CSS, Javascript, Ajax, XHTML and any other bell and whistle I can justify. The shopping cart for HitMedicine.com will be powered by Magento.
I am doing this as a way to further improve my skills in web design and development using the technologies I mentioned above. I will be opening both projects for your comments when I’m a bit further into their development.
